How to prep for your upcoming phone consultation:

Step 1

Take 3 selfies in natural light if possible, forward, right and left, approximately 12-14 inches away.

You will receive a message confirming your appointment.

Text your photos to our office number, 814-881-5591, with your name, desired service, and best dates/times for your consultation.
